What happens after the trial?
After your 14-day trial, existing photos remain viewable but new syncing and backups pause until you subscribe. You won't lose any data.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe, as well as in-app purchases via Google Play and the App Store.
Is the lifetime license really forever?
Yes. A lifetime license gives you permanent access with no recurring charges. You'll receive all future updates.
How does family sharing work?
One person buys the Family plan and sets up the connection to your home storage. Then they generate a simple invite code from the app. Family members download Bombajom, enter the code, and they're connected — no separate purchase needed. Everyone's photos sync to the same NAS, but each person's library stays private unless they choose to share.
Does "8 devices" mean 8 people?
It means 8 physical devices — phones and tablets. If everyone in your household has one device, that's 8 people. If some family members have both a phone and a tablet they want to sync, each counts as a separate device.
What happens if I switch from Family to Pro?
If you downgrade, your device limit drops to 3. The first 3 registered devices stay active. Any additional devices will be paused until you upgrade again — no photos are deleted.
