What happens after the trial?
After your 7-day trial, existing photos remain viewable but new syncing and backups pause until you subscribe. You won't lose any data.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe, as well as in-app purchases via Google Play and the App Store.
Is the lifetime license really forever?
Yes. A lifetime license gives you permanent access with no recurring charges. Pro Lifetime is $249.99 and Family Lifetime is $449.99, both one-time payments, and you'll receive all future updates.
How does family sharing work?
One person buys the Family plan and sets up the backup on a computer or storage device at home. Then they send an invite link from the app. Family members install Bombajom, open the link, and they're connected, even if they live somewhere else. No separate purchase needed. Family covers up to 12 people, and everyone's photos back up to the same storage device you own at home.
What counts toward the plan limit?
People. Pro covers up to 3 people and Family up to 12, so everyone in the household gets their own account. Phones are unlimited on every plan, so each person can back up as many phones and tablets as they like. Computers running Bombajom are capped too, at 3 on Pro and 12 on Family, and most households only ever use one.
What happens if I switch from Family to Pro?
If you downgrade, your plan covers 3 people instead of 12. The first 3 connected computers stay active. Any additional computers are paused until you upgrade again. Phones are unaffected, and no photos are deleted.
